He even holds the dubious honor of illegally kicking his ball back onto the fairway 1,987 times-one more than Trump. Mighty's culinary skills led to the creation of his groundbreaking cookbook, "How to Serve and Prepare Expired Meat," developed during his tenure as head chef for Trump Steaks delivery service and Trump Steakhouse in Las Vegas, which remarkably only received 51 health code violations.
