Although the observers reported the noise and active conversation to be stressful and exhausting, there were no significant findings to support the subjective assessment.

Katharina Becker has been working in the field of Aviation Security since 2006. She has completed her B.Sc. in Transport Systems at the Technical University of Berlin from 2011 to 2014 with this paper as her Bachelor work. In 2015 she completed the M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering at the same university.
