Human resources,that is,employees,are perhaps the most valuable resource of companies in the present-day business world,where the competitive conditions continuously become more difficult and where new methods are sought every day with the effort of using all of the resources of the companies in the most suitable and productive manner.One of the conditions of the companies for being able to obtain the maximum productivity from this most valuable resource of theirs is for these employees to be able to obtain harmony at the most rapid and highest level with their roles at the companies where they work.The organizational socialization process can be defined as all of the activities implemented in order to raise the level of the fit of the companies and the employees to the highest level, both during the period when individuals are newly employed and throughout the entire employment period.This study was made in order to emphasize the necessity of examining socialization tactics and to examine the results that would appear from the aspect of organizational outputs of the newly employed sales representatives by using a new model-valuable for all of the organizations' strategic thinking.
