Gulnur Smagulova est maître de conférences à l'université informatique d'Astana. Ancienne boursière du programme "Bolashaq", elle a effectué un stage de recherche à l'université de Boston. Elle a présenté les résultats de ses recherches lors de conférences à l'université de Harvard et à l'université d'Oxford. Gulnur vit à Astana, poursuit ses recherches et se passionne pour l'enseignement.
