Janine Pape, Born 1991 in Hamburg, studied International Transport Management between 2011 and 2015 including an internship at the NATO Support Agency (NSPA) where she wrote her thesis paper which was later turned into this book, analyzing the provision of German Navy vessels and what the NSPA can do for such.
