We as leaders must not only teach but we must also care about each student on a personal level. Every student is different so we must have the ability to adapt to the different ways students learn. Be open to adapting your teaching style to a style that you as a teacher may not be familiar with. As the world changes there are so many talented kids with abilities that we have never seen before! With that said, let's have fun and learn from them just as much as they learn from us.
