Autor

Eva-Maria Krajnc, born in 1992 in Villach, Carinthia, is a dedicated clinical psychologist with a passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges.  Since 2023, she has been working in her private practice, with her main focus on anxiety- and stress-related disorders.  Eva-Maria uses art therapy and writing as coping skills, sharing her own story to spread awareness and understanding for mental crises. She advocates for more empathy and less stigmatization, aiming to create a more supportive and understanding society.  Sometimes all it takes is a listening ear and presence to make a difference in someone's life.
