Rob Hawkins has been involved with computers since he first bought a Sinclair ZX Spectrum in the early Eighties and began writing his own games. After completing a computer related business studies degree and using a variety of business software, he became a freelance journalist and photographer in 1993. Two years later he started delivering computer training courses and continued his journalism, progressing into computer magazines such as WebActive and ComputerActive, writing reviews and technical guides on many internet related activities ranging from creating your own website to testing the first ever smartphones. Along with delivering computer training on a variety of software including web design programs, Rob started to look into making money from the internet by selling items on eBay and developing income generating websites.
