Motivating a company's personnel is a major challenge for managers. At times when everyone has a particular reason to be motivated in the company, the manager finds the instruments to lead the staff to motivation. With the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in GP Chad's situation, there are many things that are already done and other avenues to explore in order to keep the flame of motivation always lit. Among the six proposed tracks, they still need to be studied in order to deepen the feasibility. But also this list of actions cannot be limited. Putting these actions in place will certainly boost motivation.
