Autorenporträt
Stacy Alexander is an attorney, mediator, and former adjunct professor. She studies psychology and is involved in research, advocacy, and activism. She is a first-time children's book author and illustrator. She discovered her love of drawing cats after a severe injury that required many weeks of rest. Her two cats provided much therapeutic comfort and inspired this story and many of the book's illustrations. She loves all animals but believes cats are often misunderstood and hopes that her book reveals the joy and delight a kitty can bring into your life. A portion of all her proceeds goes to support EveryCat Health Foundation, the world's largest source of nonprofit funding for feline research grants.
