Lorraine Miller is a Zoologist-turned-author based in Perth, Australia who has used her passion for animals to write numerous children's books. This passion for wildlife, as well as her experience in zoology, has inspired her to create inspirational and educational books focused on the natural world. She has previously published three children’s picture books and has won multiple awards  for her publications, including the Purple Dragonfly book award. She has also been included in anthologies and written for numerous magazines and journals.
