Billye Sankofa Waters, Ph.D. (2012), UNC Chapel Hill, is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at University of Washington Tacoma. She is the author of We Can Speak for Ourselves (Sense, 2016) and co-editor of the Lauryn Hill Reader (Peter Lang, 2019).
