In this universal standard work on the subject of wholeness, the author shows in a structured way the holistically healthy, i.e. balanced, development of the human being. In this universal standard work on the subject of wholeness, the author shows in a structured way the holistically healthy, i.e. balanced, development of the human being. In doing so, she takes into account all levels of evolution. She has analysed the factors of soul, mind and body, presented interrelationships transparently and worked out how toxic influences affect the growth and the future and competitiveness of humans, organisations and (eco-) systems. In addition, the author shows what influence humans have on other humans as well as on animals, nature and the planet, and how each individual changes and influences the whole. Highly complex knowledge, supplemented by pragmatic examples and suggestions, is presented by the author efficiently, generally and as simply as possible. In the process, it becomes clear which special role the heart as well as the factor economy and the quality of leadership play at every level of evolution when it comes to sustainable development, transformation and holistic healthy growth. And thus, at the same time, when it comes to peace and balance. In short, the author shows why wholeness is the megatrend of the 21st century in society, business and politics when it comes to successively and sustainably transforming diseases, crises, conflicts and wars into well-being, growth, prosperity and competitiveness. The author's insights and her pragmatic development model Sheiza's® A Wholistic World can be applied resp. adapted individually and collectively as well as regionally and globally due to its neutrality. Regardless of factors such as age, gender, culture, etc. More information can be found at www.sheizas.com.
The author has always focussed on the holistically healthy growth of all those involved in value creation processes. This required her own continuous development and change. For the author, sustainable growth steps always began with a structured and well-founded analysis of the respective whole. In doing so, it is important to start with the causes instead of just focusing on the symptoms. On this basis, explanations and sustainable solutions can be developed and successfully implemented. Neglecting this approach in the past has repeatedly led to uneconomical and fragmented solutions, which in turn have resulted in regression, imbalance and burnout. On her own path of development, experience and research, the economist and sustainability pioneer specialised in the prevention, fitness, wellness and health markets during her studies and over the following 25 years. Due to a pathological bullying experience, she later focussed on the spiritual and mental research and development of humans. To this end, she reviewed and improved development models and teachings from Western, Eastern and indigenous (high) cultures and founded the brand Sheiza's® in early 2012. At the end of 2022, after three years of intensive research, she developed a wholistic Evolution, Transformation and Growth Model, which shows the connections and differences both within the human system and between humans, animals, nature and the planet. In addition, she has developed her "Wholistic Knowledge Economy" based on her findings. Her book "How Wholeness Saves a World" is based on her interdisciplinary knowledge and intercultural experience. It shows structured, pragmatic and efficient ways to achieve sustainable healthy growth. More information is available at https://www.sheizas.com.
