Dr Cleopatra Panganayi is civil engineer from Zimbabwe. She graduated from the University of Zimbabwe in 1999, practised as a civil engineer in both private and public sector in Zimbabwe before moving to Japan in 2006 for post graduate studies at Tottori University and subsequent employment at a leading consulting firm in Tokyo.
