Federico Martínez Gutiérrez, com 28 anos de experiência educativa, trabalhou em todos os níveis, desde o ensino primário ao superior. Foi tutor no Tecnológico de Monterrey e na Universidad Pedagógica Nacional, além de ter trabalhado como supervisor de escolas primárias. É professor na Universidad Nova Spania, Michoacán, México.
