Es Licenciado (1999) y Doctor (2005) en Economía y Máster en Administración (2004) y Computación Científica (2010) de la Universidad Nacional del Sur (Argentina). Es profesor adjunto en el Departamento de Economía de la misma universidad e investigador asistente (CONICET) asignado al IIESS.
