This book focused to examine the relationship between of Human capital, Entrepreneurship Orientation, Social Resources, and Entrepreneurial Behavior in the informal business sector. The objectives of the study were to: examine the relationship between human capital and entrepreneurial behavior, assess the relationship between human capital, social resources and entrepreneurial behavior, examine the relationship between entrepreneurship orientation, social resources and entrepreneurial behavior, and study the factor structure of human capital, entrepreneurship orientation, social resources, and entrepreneurial behavior. The study design was the cohort, cross sectional, Exploratory and descriptive research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The study population was 417. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, simple random sampling, and convenient sampling, and the sample was determined using Krejeie and Morgan's table (1970) and was adjusted using Sekaran & Bougie, (2010). The sample size was 176. Data was analyzed using SPSS 22.0 with focus on descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and regression analysis, and qualitative data.
