In the current social situation, management approaches framed in modernity, have led to title the XXI century, as one rooted in a humanistic trend in which the intelligent management of human resources is essential for the development and sustainability of organizations, whatever the nature of it. Therefore, by recognizing the person as a factor or human component, organizations are assuming and including it within their assets and as such are considered valuable, multiplying the financial resource and including it within the decisions to be taken by senior management in educational organizations.
