In this book I last used contemporary literature, referring to authors and proved successful in the field of human resources, of particular importance is the motivation of human resources, attaining and challenges in the workplace.Motivating employees is one of the key challenges faced by managers of modern organizations-business. This is logical considering the character of motivation and practical difficulties for its measurement and qualification.ETC as one of the most distinguished business in the Republic of Kosovo permanently pays Particular importance to the motivation of its employees as a resource for the implementation of strategic importance of business efficiency. The primary goal of this dissertation is to provide a proper processing of the theory on the motivation of employees, as well as the studying of the employee motivation at ETC in Republic of Kosovo.
