Dr. Clementina Uchenna Agbionu is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration and Director Master of Business and Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. She has taught Human Resource Management for many years now both at the under-graduate and post-graduate classes.
