Tanusree Chakraborty, PhD, is currently a faculty member at the Centre for Management Studies, Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, in India. With 17 years of overall work experience and 16 years of academic experience, Dr. Chakraborty has been associated with several reputable business schools and universities in India. She is presently working with Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad, in organizational behavior/human resource management. She is a former research fellow of the Indian Council of Medical Research and has many publications to her credit in Scopus-indexed and ABDC-listed journals, as well as in University Grants Commission-approved journals. She has presented research papers at several conferences and is an empaneled corporate trainer with training consultancies and government productivity councils. She has conducted over 150 corporate training programs in the areas of behavioral science and HR and psychometrics. She has been an active member in clubs and committees of the institutes she has worked for. She has been editor of several journals and newsletters and a reviewer for many journals. She is currently working on multiple edited books with reputed publishers. Dr. Chakraborty holds a PhD in Applied Psychology from Calcutta University, India; an MA (Applied Psychology) with a specialization in Organizational Psychology; a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management; and MBA (Human Resources). Nandita Mishra, PhD, has more than 25 years of teaching experience in education and research. She has wide experience in teaching managerial economics and economic environment for business, business ethics and corporate governance, corporate grooming, and general management subjects to management students in India and abroad. She spearheads academic administration, industry institute collaboration, and management development programs. She has been the resource person and program director for more than 50 management development programs and has trained senior-level and middle-level managers and faculty in various programs in behavioral science, managerial effectiveness, corporate social responsibility, etc. She is a certified trainer in CSR from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. She is an active researcher in management, with her main research interest areas being leadership, organizational behavior dynamics, consumer behavior, and economic environment of business. She is a nominated member of the Higher Education Council of the Women Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), whose main goal is to engage and encourage higher education institutions in research, training, and entrepreneurship development. WICCI also aims to improve participation of women leaders in higher education and to evolve along the lines of the Indian National Education Policy. Madhurima Ganguly, PhD, has 16 years of work experience in teaching and research. She is currently Associate Professor at the Heritage Business School, Kolkata, India. Dr. Ganguly has numerous national and international publications in leading Scopus, ABDC, and UGC journals along with book chapters. She has presented papers at international conferences held at Indian Institutes of Management and Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) as well as abroad. She has earned best paper awards at IIT Delhi and TISS (Tata Institute of Social Science) Mumbai, India. She has acted as a session chair for different international conferences. She is a reviewer with several journals. Dr. Ganguly is also the PhD supervisor of management students at Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad Technical University of West Bengal, India. Dr. Ganguly is the recipient of the "Excellence in Education (Management and Commerce) Award" conferred by the Global Research Forum, New Delhi, in 2020. She has successfully conducted training sessions and management development programs with government bodies and corporate houses. Bipasha Chatterjee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, Adamas University, Kolkata, India. Currently she is pursuing her PhD at the Department of Applied Psychology, University of Calcutta, India. She has teaching and research experience of seven years to date. Her areas of interest are work-life balance, stress at work, and communication in organizations. She is currently working as a co-editor for two books, has chaired scientific sessions at national conferences, and has also delivered invited lectures. She has published four research papers, out of which two are in Scopus indexed journals, and has presented five research papers in national and international conferences/seminars. She is also the author of three chapters in a book on industrial psychology and social psychology for undergraduate students. Her postgraduate dissertation was published as a book by Lambert Academic Publishing in 2014. She is a life member of the Indian School Psychology Association (InSPA).
