The title of the book is "Employees' Attitude towards Existing Human Resource Management Policies and Practices in Bangladesh: A Comparative Study of National and Multinational Companies". The main objective of this research is to examine the attitudes of the employees towards human resource management (HRM) policies and practices in national and multinational companies of Bangladesh. Here various aspects of HRM such as selection, training and development, compensation, promotion and performance appraisal have been analysed. Data has been collected from 08 prominent companies as well as 400 respondents. The study follows survey and key informants interview method. The findings of the study show that the employees' attitude of Multinational companies is positive than National companies towards various HRM aspects. The study concludes with suggestions for better management in the national companies.

Dr. Parvez Sazzad Chowdhury is an Associate Professor in Management. He has been in teaching for 16 years to work with both undergraduate and post graduate students. Mr. Chowdhury is presently working as one of the Curriculum Designers for National Curriculum in Bangladesh for class six to twelve.
