Jerry R. Baker is a professor of Educational Leadership at Saginaw Valley State University. He has 20 years of experience in K-12 HRM. Madeleine S. Doran is associate professor in Barry University's graduate Human Resource Development program and teaches courses in Theory and Practice in Human Resources, Legal Issues in Human Resources, and Adult Motivation and Organizational Learning.
