R. C. Sharma is the Founder Vice Chancellor of Amity University Gurugram, India, and Ex-Professor Emeritus of Amity Business School, India. His name is featured in the World Scientists and University Rankings (2021) at rank number 14 in the world and at rank number 2 in India and Asia. He possesses over five decades of experience in teaching, research and the corporate sector. He has published works extensively and has been editor-in-chief of Amity Management Analyst for a decade. Besides being honoured with many awards for his research contributions, he was also a gold medallist for securing a First Class First in PGDPM (Kurukshetra University). Nipun Sharma is CEO of Jeeves Consumer Services and F1 Info Solutions (both Flipkart companies). He brings over 30 years of experience in senior roles at companies such as Flipkart, Airtel, Vodafone, Tata Tele, and Usha. His academic credentials include a BTech (Hons) in Electronics and Communication Engineering, a PGDMM (gold medallist), an MBA, and a PhD in Management. He also has executive education from IIM Ahmedabad, ISB Hyderabad and the University of Michigan. He is a certified Tata Business Excellence Management assessor and a certified SHL internal assessor. He has published many research papers and articles on HR and management-related topics and has been a guest speaker at several institutes and organisations.
