This research is the result of the analysis of the human talent management of the Department of Mutual Action, under the Ministry of Social Development of the Province of Jujuy (Argentina). The general objective is to learn about the Human Resources administration of this institution. A qualitative and quantitative study was carried out with the participation of 20 workers, including managers and employees of each area. The techniques used for the development of the work were surveys, interviews and documentary observation, and the instrument for data collection was the questionnaire, covering different disciplines studied throughout the specialization, such as: Strategic HR Training, HR Management, Organizational Behavior, Management and Leadership, Profiling, Training and Competencies, Organizational Change, Innovation and Coaching.
