The preparation of human resources is a complex process that includes the assumption of concepts, procedures and, especially, values and attitudes. Its content should be based on scientific results achieved in developed research and the advances of science and technology in the world, in order to solve the educational problems of the country, to respond to the needs of development and the demands of society. For this preparation it is necessary to take into account sociological factors of context, curricular design, the personal characteristics of the workers, and it is also important to develop skills for team work training.
