This book is then intending to asses the nature, content and seriousness of the problems and recommend a possible lee way out.

Aron Degol has been teaching law for the last 6 yrs at different private Universities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Now he is a Lecturer at St. Mary University College, Faculty of Law. He earned his diploma and LLB degree with distinction from Unity University School of Law and International Studies in 2006 G.C., and LLM in Human Rights from AAU.
