This book addresses some of the core issues of international human rights law. It traces the evolution of human rights in international law and examines the position of extraterritorial jurisdiction under major international human rights instruments. In this connection, it underscores the jurisprudential contributions of International Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights.
