The modern doctrine of public international law includes human rights as an important branch of it and its manifestations in two disciplines, called international human rights law and international humanitarian law, which, although by the origin, creation and legal scope of their norms belong to public international law, regulate human rights from different perspectives. This book analyses the differences, scope and regulations of the two disciplines, which belong to modern public international law.
