Académicos y activistas tienen diferentes enfoques, ideas y concepciones sobre los derechos humanos en Vietnam. Utilizando métodos históricos, comparativos y de análisis, hago un llamamiento para que todas las partes lleven a cabo diálogos constructivos para reducir las diferencias y sostengo que es un error utilizar los derechos humanos como herramientas políticas y oponerse a ellos.
