Innocent J. Kisigiro (author) is a holder of LL.B (Dar); LL.M (Newcastle). The author has experience in human rights law, Public International law; economic and investment laws; company and corporate; conveyance; and procedural laws.He is a lecturer at St.Augustine University of Tanzania in the Faculty of Law since 2008 to date.
