This book makes an important and timely contribution to debates about the relationship between climate change and security in Southeast Asia. Lorraine Elliott is Professor of International Relations at the Australian National University, Canberra and Visiting Senior Fellow at the Centre for Non-Traditional Security (NTS) Studies at the S. Rajaratnam School of Strategic and International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Mely Caballero-Anthony is Associate Professor, and Head of the Centre for Non-Traditional Security (NTS) Studies at the S Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore; and former Director of External Relations at the ASEAN Secretariat.
