The research was carried out in the south of Peru, being one of the main activities the terrestrial transport of passengers; the purpose of the investigation was: To determine the influence of the management of the human talent in the quality of service and profitability of the companies of transport; the approach that presents is quantitative of nonexperimental design of longitudinal cut, with a scope of causal investigation, which has like title: "Human talent management and its influence on the quality of service and profitability of transport companies", the study population is constituted by the human resources managers of the transport companies, the other population is constituted by the users of the service provided by the transport companies, the main conclusions reached were The management of human talent in transport companies has a series of shortcomings, such as not having a specialist in managing people to attract suitable candidates to supply their selection process, present weaknesses with regard to guidance, evaluation and accompaniment of staff, thus impacting on quality.
