The immediate aim of all these efforts is to integrate every human being physically as well as psychologically and the ultimate goal is to inculcate positive attitude, thinking, and behavior and utilize these universal human values as the basis of developing cordial human relationships, in the spirit of mutual respect of those values. Therefore, human values are those inspiring factors that encourage us to utilize our moral values, particularly in the situation of conflict, so that we avoid our negative attitude when dealing with confrontational situations.
