The existing interaction business process was taking a longer time than necessary, as it usually took days, weeks or months instead of seconds or minutes due to poor workflow design or poor workflow implementation of the human workflow, or poor human interactive management system. However, in order to add business value to mediator process, this book designed human workflow for the human participation in business process of interaction and coordination of the two network management systems. The book looks at human interaction that provides a maximum advantage to the work artifact. We believed that some action(s) need human interaction and decisions during the business process. This book also determines the economy of scale of human workflow design, reliability and its knowledge retention in the aspect of knowledge management.

Raufu Oluwatoyin Raheem hails from Ologbon Compound in Igbeti, Oyo State, Nigeria. He had ND & HND (Mech. Engr.) from The Polytechnic Ibadan; PGD from FUT-Minna; Master Degree (Mech. Engr.) from FUTA-Nigeria and PhD in Engineering from Seoul National University, South Korea. He is working with Ministry of Communications & Digital Economy, Nigeria.
