Maman Lesmana is a professor from the Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia. His research on humor is widely spread in international journals, such as humor about politics, sex, ethnicity, children, religion, culinary and others. He currently serves as a member of the International Society of Humor Studies (ISHS).
