The book covers the basic issues of economic criminal procedure. The static part describes the stages of the criminal procedure and describes in detail the basic principles of criminal procedure, the subjects of criminal proceedings (the authorities and the participants), the specific evidence involved in economic criminal proceedings and the main rules of coercive measures. Dr. Herke Csongor He graduated in 1995, he has a PhD (2001), habilitation (2008) and DSc. (2013). Since 2014 he has been a professor at the University of Pécs, Faculty of Law and advocate since 1997. Srankó Balázs Imre He graduated from the University of Pécs, Faculty of Economics with an MSc degree in 2000. Since then he has been working in the private sector as an economist.
