This study aims to analyse the availability of water resources in the context of hydro-pluviometric variability in the Domè zou sub-basin.The rainfall and hydrometric data collected over the period 1965-2008 made it possible to analyse the impact of hydro-pluviometric variability on water resources. The results show the remarkable impact of the significant decrease in rainfall over the last few decades on runoff. Also, this relatively high rainfall variability imposes the most remarkable climatic constraints, both on water resources and agricultural production.Good management of water resources in the sub-basin will enable the populations to live their full development while ensuring the social, economic and environmental security of the commune. Keywords: Domè, management, water resources, hydro-pluviometric variability.
