The aim of present research work was to investigate a microparticles base hydrogel of Atenolol and Propranolol drugs. The selective batch was evaluated for Factorial design by using 2^3 factorial designs on sigmaPlot software. The various statistical parameter like F2 value, higuchi equation, zero order release equation, krosmeyer peppas equation, n value, hixon equation, first order release equation etc.
