Dr. Andarge ( P.Geo)is a senior hydrogeologist with a wide range of practical and development oriented research experience in water resources and environmental development for more than a decade. Dr. Andarge pursued his graduate and postgraduate studies in Ethiopia and France. He addressed various forums on hydrogeology and related issues.
