Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Said, Head of Physical Oceanography Laboratory, National Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries (NIOF), Egypt. He joined the Regional Organization for the Protection of the Marine Environment (ROPME) in Kuwait, as Marine Expert (1995-1998) and was appointed Deputy Director for Administrative Affairs in NIOF (1999-2001).
