Mr Anghesom Alemngus is currently Head of Department of Agricultural Engineering at the Hamelmalo Agricultural College. He received his B.Sc in civil engineering from University of Asmara, Eritrea in 2001, M.Sc in Surface Water hydrology from Indian Institute of Technology Roorke, India in 2010.
