Dr. Koné Kinanpara wurde am 21. Februar 1973 in Bouaké in Côte d'Ivoire geboren. Er ist internationaler Senior-Ingenieur für Sanitärtechnik und Doktor der Umweltwissenschaften. Von 2005 bis 2018 war er Projektaufseher bei der Wasser- und Sanitärbehörde für Afrika (EAA). Seit 2019 ist er Dozent - Forscher an der Universität von Daloa.
