Obesity, family and personal history of hypertensive disorder in previous pregnancies and chronic arterial hypertension stand out among other risk factors, mild preeclampsia predominated, cesarean section and Delayed Intrauterine Growth were the main complications. The guidelines used in Primary Care are adequate for risk classification and allow reducing complications, and we recommend their continued use.
