An existence of complex interrelations among hypertriglyceridemia, type II diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia is well documented. This may suggest that a well prepared study is an urge to define clearly these interrelations among those different mentioned terms and then expand the study to find out their effect on the liver enzyme ALT (Alanin Amino transferase) through its association with Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
