Autorenporträt
Jen Parkinson asked herself this question. "What is holding me back from expressing who I am and manifesting the life I want?" Unimpressed with several aspects of her life, she decided to delve into it. Through writing, she found answers and also realized that if she wanted to change, nobody could do it for her. She would have to make the choices herself. Knowing she wasn't alone in these feelings, Parkinson wrote I Am Enough: A Lighthearted Guide to Monumental Change to help people unearth their potential and believe in their self-worth. This is her first book. She lives with her partner in Whitby, Ontario. You can follow her at www.jenniferfparkinson.com.
