Spending time as a volunteer for local organizations; Reins of Life, Washington Park Zoo and area schools as a representative for the Junior Achievement program and in class development, writing children's books that incorporate animals as an encouragement to children to reach goals and overcome hardships and develop self-esteem had a positive result in fulfilling a dream that would give children a fun way to learn not to be afraid of life's challenges.
