Lynn Given was born and raised in Maryland. She graduated from college with human resource and marketing degrees, but later found a passion for writing that developed as time went on. Once she married Jamie, the love of her life, she moved to Colorado, where they had two beautiful sons, Jake and Justin. She has since made a name for herself as an entrepreneur and business owner, as well as an inspirational speaker. Lynn finds her inspiration spending time in the great outdoors with her family. Some of her favorite things to do in nature are hiking, walking, and meditating. She also loves to bring her dogs Bear, Duke, and Zelda along with her. Although her tabby cat Abby isn't particularly inclined to going on hikes, she loves her kitty all the same.
