Autorenporträt
T. Helene was born and raised in Southern New Jersey, where she attributes a majority of her personality and sense of humor. Now residing at the Delaware beaches with her husband, two adult children and pets, she takes every moment as an attempt to enjoy resort-style living with hopes and dreams of early retirement. T. Helene is a certified addictions counselor, director at a non-profit, and co-host of the podcast entitled Convo from the Throne with T. Helene and Sheed. She finds inspiration for writing in the everyday ups and downs of life, allowing her work to be raw, captivating, and motivating for all who read it.
