Sir Michael Monn is a humble retired civil servant who was a pacesetter in civil administration in Nigeria. He played his role under grim and turbulent circumstances. His dedication and astuteness in the discharge of his duties are heartwarming. He lives quietly with his wife but still very resourceful.
